We actively seek to help the community in numerous ways, and participate in it’s development by acting not only as a martial arts gym, but as a role model for many kids, teens, and adults.We teach actual fighting techniques, using traditional Muay Thai and modern western techniques for sport fighting or self-defense. Cardio and FULL BODY conditioning is part of Muay Thai training. Get in to shape & learn how to fight!
