a fighter.
Muay Thai classes for adults of every level in Portage Park, Chicago. Learn real technique, build serious conditioning, and join a community that pushes you.
Four ways to train
Pick the class that fits where you are today. Most members start in Fundamentals and move up as their skills and conditioning grow.
Adult Fundamentals
The place to start. Learn the building blocks of Muay Thai: punches, kicks, clinch, and footwork, taught step by step.
Adult Intermediate
Build on your fundamentals with increased contact, combinations, and live partner work as you start to spar.
Adult Advanced
Conditioning-driven sessions with less instruction and more training. Sharpen timing, pace, and fight IQ.
Bags & Pads
High-intensity pad rounds and heavy bag work that burns 700+ calories. Great cardio, no sparring.
